Apple Hill's Barsotti Family Juice Company is something that we bring in multiple times a week because of the amazing and fresh apple juice, orange juice, and lemonade. It is a family run farm of 40 plus years that has been an industry role model for Produce for Better Health Foundation.

Creative Salmon is proud to raise organic Pacific Chinook (King) salmon in the waters of Clayoquot Sound on the west coast of Vancouver Island. What they have done is brought a new method of sustainable farming in the ocean waters. Years of effort pursuing natural, organic processes helped Creative become the first salmon farming company in North American to achieve Canadian organic certification. They take environmental accountability to a level you do not see often. Aquaculture has many problems including the IUU which accounts for 26 million tons of fish being caught illegally. With farming systems like this we hopefully can help with the problems in the ocean and what happens from these unregulated fishing problems.

Swingle Meat Company has been providing carnivores a place to enjoy great proteins since 1945. We have used their ground beef since our first restaurant in Amador County Fran And Kathleen's Grill. If you go into the store you will see nothing but great product and hard working employees. The added benefit of their grind is the flavor you get and the knowledge that the beef has not been compacted and pressed. They have a cult following from Amador County and neighboring areas within driving distance.
